Exchange Policy

• Exchanges for size, colour, or model: Accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

• Availability: As we work with dropshipping suppliers, exchanges are subject to product availability at the supplier’s warehouse.

• Costs: Customers cover the shipping costs for exchanges, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

🔎 Practical example: You ordered a blazer in size M but need a size L. If stock is available, we will process the exchange once the original item is returned.
