Shipping Policy

  • Product origin: We operate under a dropshipping model, working with reliable international suppliers. Therefore, items may be shipped directly from different countries (including EU and Asia).

  • Delivery time: Average delivery time is 7 to 20 business days within the UK and Europe. In some cases, due to customs clearance or external factors (strikes, logistics disruptions, etc.), delays may occur.

  • Free shipping: Available on orders above £50 / €60.

  • Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number sent by email once the order has been processed (usually within 3–5 business days).

  • Practical example: If you place an order in London on March 1st, you can expect delivery between March 10th and March 22nd, depending on customs clearance.
