Return & Refund Policy

• Return request period: 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

• Conditions: The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging with labels.

• Process: Customers must contact us by email before returning any product. We will provide detailed instructions and the return address (which may be located in the supplier’s country).

• Refunds: Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

• Return costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

🔎 Practical example: If you receive a dress with a faulty zipper, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
